Welcome to the Warm & Healthy Homes Partnership, the home of council grants and loans to make warmer, healthier homes.

On behalf of Basildon, Castle Point, Rochford, Southend and Thurrock councils, the Partnership is providing FREE or DISCOUNTED council grants and loans to make residents’ homes safer, more energy efficient and reduce heating bills.

This council approved scheme provides:

• Home insulation grants that can reduce heating bills by up to a third!
• Heating grants to replace broken, unserviceable or old boilers with high efficiency condensing boilers – saving the environment and heating costs!
• Healthy home loans – an interest-FREE loan to help towards the cost of removing housing health and safety risks, following a surveyor’s free inspection.
